Natura is an intimate, family-run restaurant in which uncompromising quality and relaxed social gatherings go hand in hand. Led by David in the kitchen and Anya front of house, the young, highly-professional team draws on experience gained at one, two and three-star Michelin restaurants in Finland, France, England, Spain and the Netherlands.
Our dishes are made from raw ingredients of only the highest quality prepared in an open kitchen within view of client, just like in Spanish tapas bars. The menu is built round Finnish small scale producers and local ingredients. There are three tasting menus to choose from, or dishes can be ordered individually from the à la carte list. The cornerstones of our cuisine are clear, clean flavors created with a modern twist, using techniques ranging from charcoal grilling to sous-vide cooking.
We purchase our meat only from farms we know personally, and where the animals´ living conditions and diet are the best possible. Our fish are sustainable species. We always prefer organic and Fair Trade fare, from small producers in Finland, Scandinavia a few carefully selected foreign supplier.
We rely heavily on our wide circle of mushroom, berry and wild-herb collectors, fishermen and small-scale producers, some of them exclusive to Natura.
Like our food, our wine list is based on the principle of clean, fresh flavors, small producers, and good value.

The tasting menus consist of dishes from the a la carte list and include´s fresh, high-quality Finnish meat, sustainably caught fish and vegetables.
Both menus; Easy and Dive In menus can be made as vegetarian.
We are also happy to make our Easy-menu as a vegan.

Please contact us by e-mail or by phone if you wish to book for a party of seven or more. For parties of over seven we would kindly ask you to select a single menu in advance.
Private parties are available seven days a week and are tailor made to suit your event. Please send your reservation request by e-mail or by phone.
If you can't make it to our restaurant, we will bring it to you! We can desing and cater a menu according to your wishes. Catering is available for groups of all sizes, everyday of the week. Please send your catering request by e-mail or by phone.
